    I have written a review about Cappillus already I think it’s below this one. I was looking back at a few reviews and Cappillus haven’t answered any reviews on Trustpilot since 2020!!!!They still haven’t contacted me about my hat……Shambles of a company!!!!!!I REPEAT AGAIN BUYER BEWARE!

    Terrible company. I'm an electrical engineer. For them not to have a battery pack available for a working product is insane. Greed. Pure greed. I will NEVER do business with this sorry company again. I will figure out a workaround.

    I purchased a NEW capillus 272 Pro. After a few years it has stopped working. Contacked customer service and told they dont support it anymore - that I need to buy a new one. HORIBLE customer service. Would not recommend and will never buy another product from them.

    I spent $2000 on the Capillus cap and it didn't even last until the final payment was made!!! Customer service is non existent. I am beyond disappointed and angry.

  • No matter how great you take care of…

    No matter how great you take care of this product, there will be manufacturing defects after 1 year...when the warranty expires. I didn't any improvement and they will make you pay out of pocket for the device's issues. Not worth it since they won't stand by their product.
