  • Everything I Didn’t Know I Needed

    My therapist recommended this book to me and I thought it was just going to be about “curing perfectionism”. But it’s so much more. It starts by encouraging you to embrace perfectionism in a healthy way rather than spending a lifetime trying and failing to eliminate it. It then turns into (in my opinion) a comprehensive guide to mental wellness in general. It’s done for my outlook on mental health what Peter Attia’s book, “Outlive”, did for my outlook on physical health: help me set the right goals while also giving me tangible strategies to move towards those goals.
