  • Love variety of content and how it's organised in a way that makes sense. Would be even better if the app didn't lag so much. I've not been able to use the app several times because it won't load anything. As a result of the difficulties with the app and Web browser I won't be renewing my subscription, which is a shame. I hope these issues with how the app functions can be looked into, from the other reviews this feedback is widespread.

  • Unfortunately had to cancel subscription immediately as app does not work for me. Very buggy - unable to get past the first screen even after multiple restarts

  • On top of various bug fixes and UX fixes, as mentioned in the other reviews, this app needs some changes: 1) Various "Her + You" and other such stories approach the "you" in a gendered way in the story, but the search doesn't allow you to filter for that. 2) The timer only cuts off the Sleep audio track, but doesn't pause playback. Very annoying to be awakened by the queue contents after an hour. 3) Why am I waiting 5 seconds for the Sleep tab to load? Teach the app to cache this information!

  • I like the service and when the app works it works very well, easy to use, responsive, etc. However there are times when it takes a very long time to load and crashes repeatedly. Once it's started/going it doesn't crash, but sometimes it can take upwards of 10 minutes to get it working.

  • Fix the issues of the stories taking time to load and not going from one story to another until you restart the app and I'll pay you. All the reviews have the same complaint but dipsea doesn't seem to solve the issue since months. Yes the stories are great but they won't get me to pay for such an app experience.
