Never been so disappointed with a app or company tbh always problems with top ups and app maintenance with no one answering calls and hours spent on chat getting nowhere you really need to do better as a company
Smart mete never worked on gas meter since fitment 2 years ago!

The app is good, however you canât view a breakdown of daily consumption, this is available on the British Gas app and it shows usage by half hour, this would be a great feature on the ScottishPower app
When I make a payment on the app my bank requires authentication on its on app, but when you switch apps to do this then go back to the Scottish Power app the payment fails, rendering the app useless.
I still donât understand why Scottish Power refuse to come and fit a Smart Meter that actually works !!!
