    Smart mete never worked on gas meter since fitment 2 years ago!
    Still have to manually input reading
    Even though having smart meter was part of the tariff agreement!

  • Daily consumption not working

    The app is good, however you can’t view a breakdown of daily consumption, this is available on the British Gas app and it shows usage by half hour, this would be a great feature on the ScottishPower app

  • Major flaw

    When I make a payment on the app my bank requires authentication on its on app, but when you switch apps to do this then go back to the Scottish Power app the payment fails, rendering the app useless.

    I still don’t understand why Scottish Power refuse to come and fit a Smart Meter that actually works !!!
