I am a professional sales person. i Have taught sales closing and frankly if i tried using some of these closes i would be fired. I dont know who Cardone ever used these closes on example of an unprofessional and ridiculous close was : "sir, I know its expensive but do it anyway." in all my years as a professional salesman, i have never heard or had anyone who claims they are the greatest saleman in the world using this idiotic close, and that was just one example.
