We had a warm welcome, the room was immaculate & comfortable. On returning to the hotel we drank in the bar and the two female staff could not of been any friendlier, chatted and made to ferl so welcome.

Still No Hot Water
One night stay in Oxford and no hot water for a shower in the morning, staff said they were working on it. Avoid this hotel. Premier have offers us a £15 refund on a £138 bill for the delight of no shower. Avoiding Premier going forward if they think this is an acceptable way to behave

Very disappointed
Management was extremely unhelpful, no towels or toilet rolls In the room. Every sanitizer station was empty. Was told unnecessary to book breakfast but when we went down at 9.15 am was told that we could,d not be accommodated. The toilets in reception were not cleaned the 3 days we were there as toilet paper and wrappers on the floor were never moved .

The location of this hotel is excellent - minutes walk from all the main sights. The hotel was fully booked during our stay but the staff were always happy to help- from our request for an iron and ironing board to an extra key card. The room was spotless and really quiet - we would definitely recommend a stay here for the fantastic staff and value for money.

Perfect for families
It is perfect for families. The price is quite reasonable and kids have breakfast for free (with a paying adult each). The location is excelent, just next door to Westgate shopping center and at walking distance from the city center. Strongly recommended.

Located next to Westgate shopping centre within east reach of all popular areas.Paid for superior room with enhanced king size bed, bed was no bigger than a double coupled with a rattling air conditioning unitMade for 2 shocking nights sleep. Staff had no way of resolving issues , and would simply stare at you blankly. If you're in Oxford for a night out and just want a bed this is fine but if you are looking for something more then look elsewhere.
