Luxurious Retreat at Atrium Palace Resort in Rhodes

A very nice hotel. Cleanliness and hygiene was very good, all staff wore face masks and gloves but guests weren't expected to wear masks within the hotel. Plenty of beds around the pool which were spaced out so didn't feel over crowded. We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast was the weakest part of the holiday. Due to Covid the buffet breakfast had to be served to us which was fine when it was quiet but if it was busier then it was chaotic with no organisation for the guests so lots of queing and waiting and people pushing to the front of the que!!

Firstly the hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, fantastic pools and beautiful gardens. The private beach is a gem with clear water and free sun beds. My family and I spent 12 days at the Atrium Palace and aside from the hotel itself the main thing that we found was the wonderful service provided by all of the hard working staff from the management to the cleaning staff. They all work so hard to provide the best possible experience for guests, nothing is too much to ask. We felt very safe during the current pandemic, the rooms were cleaned regularly, public areas constantly cleaned, everywhere in the hotel there is hand sanitizer, all Staff wear gloves and masks.My sister originally stayed at the hotel last year and recommended to my family for this year, I in turn have recommend to our parents who are staying there this week and I am sure they will love it as much as we did.

We keep coming back year after year because the hotel is outstanding and nothing is to much trouble for the amazing staff every one makes you feel like you are part of the Atrium family from the Hotel Manager to the hotel cleaning staff. A special mention to the Maitre d’ who always made sure each day everything was alright for us and if we requested anything it was there. We would also like to mention Pari who looked after us at mealtimes (a very lovely lady) and not forgetting Alexandros in the poolside restaurant where the food was outstanding. A mention of course for all the bar staff which we got to know very well namely Antonis the bar manager also Angela and Dena and not forgetting Kyriakos and the other pool bar staff (not sure of all their names)We are already looking forward to a return visit next year. Only positive emotions remained after staying at the hotel.Were resolved very quickly any requests and questions. The staff are very attentive and affable. The rooms were cleaned very quickly and efficiently. The arrangements of the rooms are arranged so that you hardly intersect with people except in the main restaurant during breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food in the restaurant was very varied, tasty and was taken any taste preferences.Very convenient that in the hotel itself and nearby there are mini-shops with excellent quality Greek cosmetics, souvenirs and food.Being in the hotel, you can feel like you were in a small paradise where absolutely everything was thought out.Definitely if a trip to Rhodes, then choose only this hotel!!!

First visit to Rhodes and so impressed. This hotel was spotless, every member of staff provided great service and always seemed genuinely happy to see you. Pools lovely and clean and loved the beach area too, so comfy beds and the water melon each day was a nice touch. We were B&B and food for breakfast was plentiful, nice to go out to the local restaurants and be treated like royalty as the area was very quiet. Lovely place and highly recommend even during these very strange times.

The hotel was looking amazing, the paths in between the pool, the flowers all over the place. Beautiful. The hotel had few other restaurants except the main one. The tasty food that you could enjoy while sitting outside and watching the amazing view. Definitely recommend. The stuff was very professional even during the hard situation with the COVID19. They were all wearing masks and keeping tables, gym equipment etc. clean. Worth visiting!
