  • We had a lovely room overlooking Canning Town away from the hustle and bustle of the tube station. A very gorgeous room in a friendly and clean hotel l, with an exceptional little presentation of gifts left for us by one of the staff, Bill Jester. A delightful experience and at a great price, this is what all 3* hotels should aspire to be.

  • From the moment we walked in the Hotel the staff were friendly and welcoming. The Hotel and room were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely.Food & drinks: Great breakfast!Noteworthy details: Very well located, right opposite tube station and bus stop

  • Stayed a couple of nights for a conference in the ExCeL. Good and clean room, sadly the mattresses were a bit harder to sleep on than anticipated. However easy to find from the station and get to from the airport. Great service from the reception upon arrival, and good service from Tahir in the breakfast area.

  • Cornelia serving in the bar was absolutely fabulous. She is fast and helpful and has a very bubbly personality. Rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious!
