  • We ordered a sofa from rentomojo and they delivered a sofa in pretty bad shape. We raised a request to fix it to which, after lot of chasing, they agreed to replace the sofa. However, the sofa that they replaced was even worse. The cushion would sink and make noise upon sitting, the cloth is torn in places and wooden scrapes were coming out. It is in such a pathetic condition that I had to put in a closure request since they refused to fix it. Don't rent any products

  • Renting and Delivery was smooth and installation was done at the same time by the delivery team. 5 stra for that.And there was a small minir damage on the sofa I just realised. But later got a call from someone saying they need to install the furniture. To update it on the system they nees the otp but everything on my app shows installation done for all the furniture. Seema a bit skeptical .otp are dangerous this days

  • Terrible experience.They replaced my rented water purifier without asking,didn't assist with installation or pickup on a time that I'm okay with, and harassed me with late arrivals and rude calls.I offered to pay extra,but they refused,they'd rather call and harass me instead.They won't let me cancel all my subscriptions either.All this happening when I'm traveling for work and tending to a family member in the hospital.More details to share, but character limit.
