Overview of PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore: A Mixed Experience

I love the garden in the city concept of the hotel. It was very relaxing and invigorating. Loving the room space and the bath tub. The staff was very agile and accommodating to our needs from check in to check out. They also gave us care packs with masks and sanitisers, making sure of the well being of each guests. The Bacha coffee was a plus! The breakfast has a very good selections since we can’t eat buffet breakfast due to restrictions. Room service was also very good, highly recommend the Angus beef burger! The cheese was awesome! It was superb! I also like the location that it’s nearby to a shopping mall just beside it and have lots of food options as well. Very accessible to Clark Quay mrt. Looking forward to stay again

I usually travel solo and have chosen pickering as a choice for a 6-nights stay to refresh the mind and spirit as a getaway from home during the pandemic travel restrictions. The greenery in this hotel always provides a respite and I like that the air con is not too cold and the corridor area facing chinatown point is non-air conditioned allowing more fresh air to circulate. I admire the hotel's efforts to keep the flora healthy with regular gardening work done. I also like that there is no plastic water bottle at this hotel and I usually just drink from the tap or boil water. The minimalist design of each room soothes the mind and the food at Lime restaurant is delicious. The service is great too and I look forward to repeated stays in future.

Good service in general. 😊Twinkle was very nice Chefs were all nice too Food at lounge is so so only needs improvement Wasn’t upgraded which was sad as there was no bath tub. collection club rooms should all come with bath tubs as they are premium roomsLocation is quite good next to Chinatown Rained both days no chance to go pool area. Kind of them to give a bday cake ! Check out was done for us quickly too !

Greeted with welcoming smiles and a refreshing drink. Our room was first class with views to match. Stayed four nights and hospitality was faultless and facilities were great.The Orchid room in particular was exceptional for evening cocktails accompanied with selection of yummy food. Perfect start to an evening of soaking up the sights and atmosphere of Singapore. Location was ideal within walking distance to attractions such as Clarke Quay, Boat Quay and Chinatown to name a few.Check it out it! I would highly recommend Parkroyal on Pickering

Without a doubt one of the best hotels I stayed at in 2019, Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was stunning. A special thanks to Dima and Wan at the hotel bar, they were friendly, informative and made the some of the best cocktails I had in Singapore.

For the range of options, the hotel looks nicer from the outside than the quality on the inside. Rooms were underlit and food was left uncollected in the corridor for more than 24 hours. The pool was cold and to be honest, for the same money, much better service can found in the area.
