Lovely experience at grand hyatt everything is not far and the staff was so kind and helpful. Rooms were really comfortable. I forgot her name but i think asmi was really good. Would recommend to everyone and i miss my room 1416 alot.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Staff are very welcoming and friendly.Raj, Rajendra, Har and John at the Front of House, Karan, Robin, Rizan, Ruzanna, Rajeev, Ajas, Chef Shashi and chef Mohit in the restaurant, Gita, Anil the rest of the pool crew as well as the house keeping team were stars of the hotel! They made every effort to make sure that our stay was the best experience that we had! Happily come back next year for our next trip.

Me, my husband and our baby had a staycation at Grand Hyatt and it was very special indeed. From the day we checked-in, they already upgraded our room and received a bowl of welcome fruits. The hotel itself is very luxurious and has a man-made forest inside. They have a huge pool with different deep levels, they have a peacock sanctuary which my baby enjoyed watching, they also have an indoor pool to enjoy when the weather become too hot.We had dinner at the Wox restaurant and the food was great! We had breakfast at The Market Cafe which is good although the choices are more Indian. Mr Mithun was very thoughtful and gave us a Bon Voyage cake which we greatly appreciated. We thank Ms Jackie at the Reception for the lovely hospitality. Overall our stay at your hotel was very memorable, we will surely come back again.Highly recommended.

Bin in den letzten 15 Jahren fünf mal im Grand Hyatt Dubai gewesen und habe mich sehr wohl und angekommen gefühlt! Danke dafür!Natürlich hat sich auch einiges geändert, wie zum Beispiel die Liegen am Pool und die schöne kleine Rutsche.Das sind Dinge die sich im Laufe der Zeit ändern, aber das ist nicht schlimm.Ebenso kommen auch neue Dinge hinzu, wie z.B. der Wasserpark.Bin schon gespannt wie dieser wird.Macht Bitte weiter so, denn das ist Fabelhaft!Vielen Dank auch die Kellner;Shivam, Bikal, Faiz, Adi, Kajol, Joji, Obaid und Salim! Hotel exceeded our expectations.Location: After a long flight from Australia, the location was perfect for us and only 10 mins from the airport.Room: Well equiped, spacious, clean.Food: Breakfast was fantastic. Buffet dinner was ok, kids loved it though.Club Access: More a place to hang out and get some drinks during the day, which is a good option. Just drinks though.Pool: It’s great, kids loved it. I see reviews whinging about ongoing work but it was not an inconvenience and will be amazing when done. Kids clubs staff were great also.Additional: Staff were really friendly on during the entire trip.After we left for the airport we mistakenly left a backpack in a taxi. The hotel were able to source cab registration and make contact with driver just before our flight departed. I CANT THANK THE STAFF HIGHLY ENOUGH, particularly Michael from security.

Das Hotel war ausgezeichnet! Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen sogar ein kostenloses Frühstück, da unser Flug am Abreisetag sehr früh war. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos. Die Bedienung im Restaurant war beim Frühstück und Abendessen sehr freundlich und das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Die Halbpension beinhaltete alkoholfreie Getränke im Buffetrestaurant zum Abendessen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig genug und boten einen tollen Blick auf den Burj Khalifa.
