Really unprofessional experience. Charged us $100 for early check in even though we dint take the keys.
1/5 hidden destination fee $35/night on top of already agreed upon booking price
Excellent establishment, would highly recommend anyone staying here. The staff go above and beyond, everything was clean and prepared. Kirsie was especially helpful and thoughtful throughout our stay, canât say anything but good things about her. Management did right by hiring her!!
DO NOT STAY HERE. Will claim they don't have your reservation specifications even though you phoned multiple times to confirm. Receptionist was extremely rude, we left to find a different hotel. Do not work in customer service if you are a miserable person. Will update when I find out the name of the receptionist!
The room was magical. Everyone was so kind. We had a great night in the Aladdin Suite and the package including the show was awesome!
Amazing location! Hilton has great tech to enable you to check in with your phone and open your door with your phone. They also gave me two free waters when I arrived and a food/bar credit. Workout room had three peloton bikes and a variety of workout equipment.
