  • Horrible customer service.

    I had to return 2 sets of hearing aids due to constant feedback. They claim they never received the second pair back, so they are refusing to pay the refund. I followed their directions for the return, but now I’m out close to $300 dollars. Do not use this company. These are the order numbers: #749607; #750377; #757736;

  • The atom didn't work for my mom-but I can return them for refund

    The atom didn't work for my mom who is in her 90's. Perhaps her hearing deficit was too severe to benefit from these aids, but company did send return mailing label so I will get a refund.
