The oil tastes good with my tea than other oils I’ve tried, and has no after taste.

Great in a bullet coffee or just in a black for that ooomph, I’m sure if your looking at this you know what it’s for it’s good quality and it doesn’t upset my stomach. Priced well too.

This product is a clear oil. It is tasteless. I put it in coffee, and it does mix well, but obviously being an oil will separate quickly. It doesn’t affect the quality of the coffee.

It is pretty calorie rich, so does prevent hunger if used in a ‘bullet proof coffee’ (I use double cream instead of butter).

Didn’t cause me any GI upsets (followed the dosing regimen provided).

Nice bottle, with clear instructions.

My only real complaint is that it needs a drip proof pouring spout, as being an oil, creates a big mess when it inevitably drips down the bottle.

I got the plastic bottle, but will try the glass bottle next time.

Overall recommend, but they need to introduce a non drip spout.

I ordered this because I just started this new fangled keto diet that my daughter in law got me into.
I was finding it very hard to stick to the diet and gave this a try. I`m in my 50`s and need to lose a lot of weight.

It had a very mild taste which was quite pleasant. I gave it 2 stars because it`s not flavoured.
Within an hour of taking this I decided to go and cut my very large lawn with a push mower because my ride-on tractor is in for repair. I was amazed at the energy I had and easily completed the task quickly and wasn`t even tired at the end of it (which I am usually totally exhausted). My wife said " why are you charging around the garden like a mad man?" LOL. I didn`t realise I was.

I started as instructed and took 1 tea spoon twice a day with absolutely no side effects as reported by others who don`t read the instructions and take too much and start complaining they have a sore tummy.
I`m now in week 2 and taking 1 and a half tea spoons twice a day with no side effects except the increased energy and a curbed appetite which I think is what this is all about.
I can go to work after having this in my early morning cuppa and two boiled eggs and I don`t even think about food until I get home 13 to 14 hours later. So, yes it does curb your cravings for carbs and is obviously using my stored fat for fuel.

Give it a try folks and follow the instructions properly. You won`t be disappointed and I`m a terrible skeptic when it comes to stuff like this.

I cant rate this highly enough as a customer. I originally bought this to take on a whim for the short term whilst iam on the keto diet and to get into ketosis.
I can honestly say hand on heart, since the first day of trying and taking this I have continued to take this every day and have noticed a phenomenal difference from day 1 of taking this.
I have been on this C8 MCT Oil for the last 6 months. It has not only helped me to lose nearly 2 stone as part of staying in ketosis and the keto diet, but it has helped me physically and mentally. I have alot more energy in the day. Alot more !!!!!!!! And I notice a massive difference if I dont take the MCT oil.
