  • Moved in two weeks ago disaster

    Moved in two weeks ago. This residence should never have been allowed to lived in. The pool is completely green with probably a foot of algae on the bottom. The room was leaking and dozens of other issues. Customer service talks to you as if everything is fine. This is beyond slumlord style living.

    In all of my years working with real estate related agents, I have never dealt with anyone as competent, compassionate and professional as Cristina Filippelli. She is by far Invitation's best asset and truth be told, I probably would not have been able to do business with them without her help. If you indeed lease from Invitation in the Jacksonville area, consider yourself exceptionally fortunate to have her as your advocate.Danny P

  • So far I'll give 5 stars

    So far I'll give 5 stars, but only because of the GREAT customer service we received from Asha White. She was awesome! Ran into a few glitches, but she never flinched and got us into our new rental home on time.

  • Too many Extra Fees!

    The intense fees are painful! It's taken a toll on me financially with the extras and I don't have a choice which is horrible. $85 per month for Spectrum that I already have$10 per month for Air filters$30 per month for Smartrent that I hardly ever use$10 per month for some other company to process my water/sewer bill $10 per month to pay my rent onlineHow much extra is that???? $145 extra per month on top of my already high rent.

  • Do not rent from this company

    Do not rent from this company! If your rent is not paid by the 3rd of the month the next day you have a 3 day notice of eviction on your door! Also the rent goes up by 25% every year and the homes aren’t worth the ground they sit on!

  • Real tenant with real review

    I am an actual tenant that can say it has been a great experience since I moved in my home. Anytime I have called them for any issue they are always right there I know everyone situation can be different but I live in Tennessee and they have been great to me and my family.Only minor issue I wish lights and water was in my name but that’s ok. Maybe in the future they will consider that but Thanks for everything you all have done for me and my family.
