  • BEWARE!

    Never send important documentation via email or post to this business - they didnt need it when opening an account! Plus, there are wayyyy better loan rates with official long standing banks. Wish i had never had an account with zopa.

  • Awful Bank with terrible customer service!

    The app never works properly, you cannot access your funds frequently. Fast track transfer hardly ever works! Customer service is appalling with online chat next to useless! If one agent can’t help they pass you on to another that can’t help and on it goes! Bank elsewhere if you want to know your money is safe so you can sleep at night!

    A year on and the customer service is no better and the chat service is totally useless!
