Very bad experience with UC Services. The technician recommended changing the thermostat, and we agreed, but after a few days the fridge stopped cooling again. It works briefly, then stops we trying to get help under warranty, but their support is nearly impossible to reach. No clear response, no resolution. they both were not able to resolve issues and said there is no gas asked me to refill(around 6000 /-) but after a few days the fridge stopped cooling again

I’m extremely disappointed, this is the second time my booking has been cancelled without any prior notice. Why do you accept bookings when there are no available slots? It’s completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of reliability. 😞

I was studying in Bhubaneswar so I booked the service for window, it was good but now currently living at my home I have carrier split ac, I want to service but urban company does not serve in this location. I want to acknowledge the location as it is near Patna, Capital of Bihar. They are serving there but it is merely 13km away from Patna. Please come to the serve Hajipur, Bihar.
