VenusPuzzle: User-Friendly Site, Fast Delivery, High-Quality Custom Puzzles

Based on reviews, I made a first-time order of 11 puzzles. I found the process of ordering a breeze, and not only did all 11 arrive in under a week, but the quality was excellent! I built one of the 1000-piece puzzles the same day. Pieces fit together well, locked well, and were of a sturdy composition. (I did find 2 or 3 pieces that were slightly off, but nothing major.) I loved the sheen which was more matte than shiny. The boxes were sturdy with an image of the puzzle and a personalized title, and the pieces were bagged. Great product! I bought during a Valentine's Day sale, so the price was reasonable, as well. So happy I've found Venus Puzzles. Will definitely purchase again in the future.

The process seemed straightforward and the preview looked promising, fueling my anticipation. However, the final product was a stark disappointment. The image on the puzzle was significantly darker than the original photo I provided, obscuring important details and diminishing the overall effect.Moreover, the puzzle pieces themselves were a letdown. They felt thin and flimsy, not at all what I expected from a company that prided itself on quality. Several pieces didn't fit together snugly, making the assembly process frustrating rather than enjoyable.When I reached out to customer service to address these issues, the response was underwhelming. It took multiple attempts to get a reply, and when I finally did, the solutions offered were inadequate and dismissive of the problems I raised.This experience has left me regretting my choice and hesitant to recommend their services. It's disheartening when a product meant to bring joy ends up causing frustration instead.

This is a gift for my mother. This is the second time I have ordered from Venus Puzzle. I have been pleased with both puzzles. Ordering was easy and the information of the quality of the photo was helpful. The item came quickly and the shipping box was sturdy. The box holding the puzzle is really nice with a photo of the finished puzzle on the front. I will continue to order from Venus Puzzles.

Best quality puzzles. The pieces are properly cut and they are hard to bend. I've ordered two puzzles already and they have arrived quicker than expected! I totally recommed Venus Puzzle, they have the best customer service. You get everything you ask for.

Amazingly fast production, submitted photo 8pm EST, received email before midnight that order is being processed, and next morning that puzzle was being shipped and Fed Ex tracking info. Only paid for standard shipping so coming from Slovakia, took several days but that was expected.

I submitted a couple different photos and they gave me their advice on which picture was best to use and why. They always responded to my email within 24 hours. The picture quality of the puzzle is outstanding and the quality of the puzzle pieces is outstanding as well, cut well with no peeling edges. This was a Christmas gift for my wife and she is very happy with it. Shipping was surprisingly fast coming from outside the US too.
