Microsoft SwiftKey AI Keyboard receives mixed reviews with users praising its customization options, predictive text, and emoji search engine, but facing issues like swipe prediction accuracy and cursor jumping. Many users appreciate its stability and intuitive user experience, while others encounter problems with cursor movement and disappearing keyboard rows in password fields. Despite some flaws, SwiftKey remains a popular choice for its reliability in guessing words and customizable features, even being preferred over Gboard by some. Users note its efficiency in multilingual typing but criticize its performance in languages like Chinese. Overall, SwiftKey is recommended for its versatility, although improvements in swipe functionality and bug fixes are desired.

Although this app has very enhanced tools, I wouldn't recommend it's use since the cursor keeps jumping many characters before, the characters and symbols aren't typed as I click them and slows down my speed in writing. It is very annoying looking back, correcting and be distracted of my thinking's flow. Despite the suggested actions by the developer the trouble still occurs and the cursor jumps back to previous characters. It is very annoying and has led me to uninstall the app completely.
Best alternative if you are bored of Gborad or your phone keyboard. It understands my language and give prediction which is awesome. Also the emoji and gif search engine is better than WhatsApp. I'm satisfied.
Overall good with better gesture control than gboard. It's not friendly to non-English typing. For example, Chinese. Gboard design is more friendly . If I type 'ningan', it can be either separated as 'nin gan' or 'ning an', and they are different words. Gboard has a side column to let you choose 'nin' or 'ning'.
Love this keyboard but it actually falls being unstable to youtube in comments sections specially while watching or video playing same time typing in comments section. I hope there is a fix soon anyways not much bothersome I just do little interaction but just hangs, lags, sometimes crashes or not responding needing to restart which is hassle and not the swiftkey I know before etc.
Overall, pretty good, but anytime I have focus on a password field the top row of the keyboard disappears and can't access the clipboard. This forces me to switch back to the samsung keyboard to copy and paste in passwords from my password manager if it does not automatically come up.
Swipe predictions are getting worse than ever. I spend half my time correcting the suggestions. Seriously contemplating switching full time to GBoard because of this.
