    I was initially pretty upset with this company after I was turned down for my refund due to weather conditions but after further review with the company they refunded me for my trip. Thank you Fanshield I will be using your services in the future! Advice for anyone using this service: make sure you have proper documentation or else you probably won’t get a refund.

  • I am trying to contact them because an emergency came up and I need a refund.

    I am trying to contact them because a job emergency came up the same week I bought the protection plan, they dont answer my emails, they dont have agents which I can call them. I NEED HELP URGENTLY and I HAVE NO ONE TO TALK TO. Please HELP.

    I always end up buying insurance on things and never needing them. This wasn't the case recently as I neared my event and was unable to attend for personal health issues, I was able to get coverage on my tickets.

  • Don't buy their insurance, they don't pay

    I had to cancel because I had to travel out of town for work. I set documentation and I was denied. Seems like they deny everyone from reviews from other sites.
