    The tour was the highlight of our trip. We booked the smaller group tour and it was great. Vincent our tour guide is very informative and knows the history well.

  • Nobody came to pick us up at the hotel

    Nobody came to pick us up at the hotel. We went to the pier directly, and there was a huge crowd there with nobody having any idea. Finally, after many phone calls and tension, we found the tour guide, and he very carelessly told us that he was busy so that he could not pick us up. Finally, we were taken on the tour, and it was OK. We were however dropped back in our hotel after Indian lunch which was also quite OK. The tension was too much as I had 3 first-timers with me who had no idea what was happening.

  • The Aquila Safari tour was great

    The Aquila Safari tour was great. There was a little confusion getting to our van after sitting on the wrong bus for an hour. At least we were very early getting off the ship. Also it would be nice to have a mic on the driver in the vans so everyone can hear what he was saying on the trip out to the Safari!

    Fantastc Yarra valley Winery tour! Red wine tour did a good job with itinerary, timings, experience and friendly atmosphere. Tom, the driver and conductor was fabulous.

    Met or guide Alessandro as described. He was fun and informative. Had all sorts of ideas of where to go what to see and where to eat. Being a massive of Florence also helps add that extra kudos to what he was saying. Would highly recommend. Visited the Chapel Medici based on his recommendation. It was a wow moment for us.
