    I was using the free app for a while and decided to pay for the upgrade. Apple says I paid but the app won’t update and gives an error about not connecting to verify the purchase. I try to use support and fill in the form and it won’t submit and states try again later. There is no phone number. I now paid for an app subscription that allows me to only use the free version. I’m having zero issues with my phone internet connection. I knew there was a reason I didn’t pay software subscriptions.
    8/9/23. App still doesn’t have weather and wind overlay. Still haven’t been compensated for this.

  • Lowrance HDS 12 live

    I’ve had my hds live for 2 months, so far it has been a good unit. I have had one outing where the transducer didn’t seem to be working, powered unit down and it has worked since. I have just started using the app and it is a very helpful tool.
