  • Everything about this hotel is good except for the elevators. Waiting for the elevators is a nightmarish experience. Wonder how the tallest hotel in the world can only have 2 elevators to ferry their customers up and down with each elevator having the capacity to house only 13 people? Someone seriously forgot to factor in the elevator service while architecting this building!Apart from that, the location is outstanding with good views of the Bhurj Khalifa and Sheikh Zayyed road, good breakfast spread and attentive housekeeping.

  • The best service, staff are so polite and welcoming it's my husband birthday and Ali was extremely helpful. Everything went as I hoped and I can't thank you all enough! We will for sure be back again as the view, service and the food was just perfect! Thank you for making his birthday so special. I want to also mention Daisy and Caren as they were the best hosts, they were so attentive!Bravo!!Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone experiencing the lovely service & food and stay .

  • Location is really nice also view is 10/10 but disappointment came when you see so small bed while you mentioned you have infant with you. no necessaries is kitchen. just kettle and stove. no microwave. no saucepan. no iron. ( they give iron upon demand) being world’s tallest hotel they should also keep their room clean and tidy. which they were not. so old carpet. deep cleaning is required. also tv was not working. service was good tho.

  • Went there for the high tea and it was lovely! A very good portion for two person 😋 I do recommend getting there way in advance because we waited more than half an hour to be able to get up because of the elevators 😅

  • Perfecte locatie om de stad te verkennen. Op loopafstand van museum of the future en kleine 10 minuten rijden naar Dubai Mall en Burj el Khalifa. Valet Parking is top en zwembad van hotel heeft heel mooi uitzicht
