  • Their refund policy is worst.Its been 1 week since they haven't refunded the amount back.Customercare service is also worst.They won't help with anything

  • Very worst customer support. No ones are responding our issues. I have chat with customer support team. I didn't gat any one of reply from them. I have waited for them & I have tried 3 to 4 time but no response. I have booked a ticket and confirmed. But that show was cancelled on that day due to mall fire accident. From the theater side, they told refund amount is initiated but I'm asking with bookmyshow team they told we didn't received any information from the theater side
