  • Lovely people.27 Nov.2023老人6:40..想進餐廳用早餐。明明早餐是7點。但因爲七點要下樓搭車去醫院。服務人員還是面惡的回應是七點開始，下次請跟櫃台知會，櫃檯會準備外出餐。其實，老人不喜歡外出餐，只想坐著吃早餐而已。服務人員的態度，讓我覺得像是偷吃別人的食物。非常不舒服。
