  • I experienced a lot of roller coaster…

    I experienced a lot of roller coaster since Nov 2023. Was a loyal customer but below are the incidents I experienced:1. Placed my order in Nov 2023 and never got updates until I reached out to the customer service in 2024, realizing that my order was cancelled but no message was sent to me.2. Got a gift card refund, and replaced my order in Jan 2024, and later on my order was cancelled on me again. But since I’ve placed my order with Cettire and another item was shipped, I can’t get my full refund anymore. (The other item was simply ordered to bundle the purchase for shipment and I don’t want it unless it’s paired with the shoes I ordered).I went on the website and found the same design was restocked. But no they can’t price match or replace the order for me because the restocked inventory is from the new season.

    I ordered a Barbour jacket sold out everywhere else on the web. The jacket, a genuine branded product, nicely packaged arrived just three days after ordering. Great service. Will use again.

  • Non- existent communication or customer service.

    I ordered 2 items; the first was sent quickly but was too large. I returned it the next day and have not had the confirmed (by DHL) return acknowledged or refunded. I am waiting almost 2 weeks for news of the second item and have had no reply to 3 enquiries to customer service. So I hope it's resolved over the next week but so far a very poor shopping experience.

    This is a great site! I like bags and this site has hundreds to choose from. Once I placed my order, I got the bag withing a few days - it was shipped from overseas.The bag is better than I expected.
