  • Customer service was helpful. Card is awful

    Customer service was helpful.What I do not understand is how i have had this Account for 6 years and I am paying 100 a yr to keep card open with a $750 limit? I have cards with limits over 10k and no annual fee. I should have already been given several increases by now. Regardless, I have closed my account.

  • On the date of February 6

    On the date of February 6, 2024. I had a current balance. I Pay'd over 2/3 % of the amount of what the current balance was, 143.00. This call was a payment reminder I received the day I am posting this. Then these people call my phone from some place that has the same area code as I and requested you respond to their menu choices. I stopped immediately. Then then send a text message from a toll free number. I called, to my surprise and actual disgust this woman on the phone tells me that the 143.00 dollars do not count . I still have to pay 35.00 by the date due. I Pay'd the 140.00 in good faith of paying ahead. I have never seen or heard of such a thing. Will be making a decision in the near future!!!
