I have bought over 2k in merchandise through whatnot yet an order was damaged by the USPS in transit and a complaint was submitted (3 times). Yet I have not heard once from what nor regarding this transaction. I am not a happy customer and am a stones throw from discontinuing the utilization of whatnot for future transactions. Thank you Ed
If you want to see people auditioning for reality TV shows, this is the app for you. If you want real auctions, this app is a joke. Auctions are very poorly run, the “talent” are not auctioneers. Far from impressed.
Love this app got tons of hotwheels and Pokémon cards on here. Can get good deals if you really pay attention. I’m rating 1 star because the app will no longer run after this update. Idk if it’s just me but I’m pretty frustrated as I had plans on here this weekend. If fixed will rate better but for now 1 star to an app I cant use anymore
Bad customer service. They don’t reply to concerns about the item purchased. U can’t cancel items purchased. They sell crap/ garbage. Don’t download this app. Only a few sellers have good stuff. Most of the sellers sell garbage! Stay away! Not recommended!
Once I won my first bin, I was hooked. It’s crazy how addicted I got watching all the different the shows. I found myself constantly on my phone watching the auctions. It’s like an addictive game.
Make sure your phone is charging! It wears down the battery so fast!
Whatnot is an absolutely a joke especially when a package arrives you have to wait 3 days later to leave feedback, why? What a joke
