    It was first order and horrible experience. They need to work on that. It’s shows same day delivery after 2 hours they still waiting for doordash and i call help center he was like it probably gonna send you next man what are you talking about i need it today they didn’t even send me any notification or anything for being delayed

    This app is terrible. It doesn’t let you use the coupons it offers. It makes you keep resubmitting your payment information. It times out constantly. It says things are in stock that aren’t. I have had numerous issues with this app and try to use it only in an emergency when I cannot get out of my car. I haven’t used the app in months and again I’m on it today and can’t use coupons it’s offering to redeem for the specific product I am looking for.

  • Don’t trust Prescription cancellation over this app

    I usually manage my family’s prescriptions with this app, but one happening is that they didn’t proceed the cancellation request over this app. My partner received all medications even though some of them aren’t necessary and they are cancelled. Their policy is that they cannot reimburse for any medication return. Don’t trust cancellation over this app!
