  • Why so un user friendly?

    At a basic level why can’t I easily see how much protection/cashba k I’ve received on a claim? The texts followed by the app are unclear. I have seen competitors apps and they are far more intuitive.

  • Difficult to log in

    Takes forever to log onto the app. Goes through the full registration process every time I open it, even though I have “quick login” enabled. It never works. Have contacted their support but you just get a response that doesn’t work. Really regret leaving Irish life- their IT was far superior. I definitely won’t be renewing with VHI next year.

    The area of concern is that as I selected one category for each receipt, the option selected often did not correlate to the specific type of medical receipt. There is no option, as I understood it, to re enter the medical category.
    So, of the many incorrect hits on the selection, I chose vaccinations for ‘shingles vaccination receipts’ but the system entered my receipts as ‘flu vaccinations’.
    I hope the admin team will not decline my receipts as categories in several receipts were ‘close!’, nonetheless inaccurate.
