    This app is a proverbial PIA. Even with the correct login credentials it locks you out sometimes. If you entered a wrong letter or number, you have to restart the app to proceed. There’s no ‘back’ button

  • App doesn’t work when connected to wifi

    First I thought it was my wifi problem but realized thats the case when I connect to any wifi. It just shows the ujjivan logo when i launch the app for a few seconds and then says Network Error, could not connect to the server. It works fine on mobile data. But doesn’t work when connected to wifi.

  • App Ui Bug

    Every feature works but ui had some bug in ios. Header of the any page came down in the middle of the screen while scrolling. This is annoying because it interrupts my work. Kindly fix this as soon as possible. BTW I am using IPhone 13

  • IOS App not working after entering otp

    Upon clicking forgot mpin and entering the customer id along with mobile number for otp verification. The app UI is not showing proceed option to validate the OTP and reset my MPIN.

    Please fix this issue at the earliest. I’m former Ujjivan Employee.
