  • Everything worked amazing for about a year. Now I can not use the app due to a registration error? I've followed the "article" the error code suggests but it does not resolve my issue. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, but nothing helps. I use this app to unlock the door for visitors when I'm unable to get to the door, now I can't. Loved it until I didn't.

  • This is a company which produces junk products that have systemic defects - and they refuse to stand behind them when they fail. This has occurred three times with two products in the space of just over 1 year. They are disgraceful with their customer service - noting that their products are not cheap at all. But they are low quality and beset with defects
