  • The hotel was nice. The staff was terrible. The twins checking in were just fine, but the idiots that staffed the counter after that were enough to make me never want to stay in Chicago again. Well done Illinois for the glorious welcome. You really need improvement.

  • Pretty average. Bed is awful, WiFi is awful. The rooms are a touch dated and run down but not bad. At least the heat works good and the views are nice. Fine for a short work trip I guess.
