Absolute dump for the money. You're better off at a chain. Nothing worked in the room, and the internet is garbage.
Safety: One of the safer areas of the city.Walkability: Right in the middle of a very good section of downtown. Easy walk to restaurants and entertainment. Short Uber ride to many of the places that you come to Chicago to see
The hotel was nice. The staff was terrible. The twins checking in were just fine, but the idiots that staffed the counter after that were enough to make me never want to stay in Chicago again. Well done Illinois for the glorious welcome. You really need improvement.
Pretty average. Bed is awful, WiFi is awful. The rooms are a touch dated and run down but not bad. At least the heat works good and the views are nice. Fine for a short work trip I guess.
Being carried up to our room was worth the extra $75. Great place!
The rooms were clean and nice but the night front desk wasnât helpful at all and was extremely rude he didnât even try to explain or welcome usRooms: Clean
