Almost impossible to find old threads and specific chats. Difficult to log out or change user connected to the app. Really not user friendly. One of the worst app to work with and for working.
If i had to guess i’d say it had been purchased by a company with no talent for UI and a drive to make changes just to demonstrate that the purchase was a good call
Fails to load half the metadata in a conversation rendering it totally useless

Not possible to set messages read with new release.
Push notifications are a miss.
New UI is not great at all.
I love all the recent updates, everything is so much nicer. One BIG problem though, the iPhone app needs the swipe down gesture to recent to refresh and not bring up search — it’s infuriating!
