  • Clumsy registration process, full of unnecessary mistake warnings

    Registration is a pain, I have 5G and all the relevant inputs, nonetheless I have been working on it for a disproportionate amount of time.
    Software developed by an unskilled trainee?
    I hope the safety features of this app are much better. Are they?
    I will probably delete this crappy app.

  • It’s not bad but can be much improved

    This app is indeed better than the most of the concurrence banks but it cam definitely be much more improved. You could add cash back for example… you should be inspired by Amex card and Apple Card… As an Luxembourgish bank you shouldn’t sleep. Offering some extra service like saving interest and travelling bonus should be something considered in urgent. Because once Apple Card will arrive in Europe in the next 2-3 years with or without Amex partnership, this will be an extrem financial shaking for every bank…. Don’t sleep !!
