    El estado del teléfono era muy buena, prácticamente sin rasguño ninguno, pero la salud de la batería estaba al 74%. Amazon aseguraba un estado de al menos el 80%, así que lo devolví. Tardó casi 10 días en llegar de nuevo al vendedor (Alemania), pero cuando llegó me devolvieron el importe pagado.

    El teléfono está en perfecto estado en cuanto a pantalla y carcasa. El color no se corresponde ya que pedi negro y ha llegado en azul.
    El único pero es la batería que tiene una salud del 87%.

    Amazon renewed no cumplen. Dicen 1 año de garantía y reembolso o sustitución. No cumplen. He comprado iphone 12. A los pocos meses se estropea placa base y no responden del defecto. He enviado el móvil al vendedor siguiendo sus instrucciones y me responden que NO corresponde reembolso. Ni siquiera ofrecen sustitución. No volveré a usar este servicio Amazon Renewed.
