Logiciel sympa, cohérent, service client réactif mais les explications avancées sont différentes d’un interlocuteur à un autre. Satisfaits auparavant malgré qu’il y ait des frais à chaque opération et zéro négociation possible (changement CB, fraude, dépôt cheque) et service clients plutôt réactif via email ou tel.

Service catastrophique. Chaque interlocuteur dit quelque chose de différent, les appels sont mal gérés, les suivis sont inexistants. J’attends des appels qui ne viennent jamais pu toujours les mêmes. C’est du grand n’importe quoi pour un service censé être professionnel.
