The Polaris Freedom Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner receives mixed reviews from customers. While some praise its cleaning abilities and cordless feature, others express disappointment over missed spots, lack of scrubbing power, and issues with battery overheating. Users appreciate its ability to clean the pool bottom and walls but note that it struggles with steps and the waterline. The customer service response seems slow, with some encountering difficulties in getting assistance. Overall, the cleaner is seen as effective but has room for improvement in terms of thoroughness, durability, and customer support.

Easy to use. Works great - does not get stuck in corners like the Polaris 280 did. I wish it weighed less as it's heavy pulling it out of the pool. Well worth the money.
This product worked right out of the box as advertised. Has done a great job in my pool so far
We like that it's cordless but it's a bit cumbersome to take out and clean each time it's done. The corded one we can set a schedule on it so it ran every day and we left it in there at all times. It is nice that the cord doesn't get caught up on our handrail or our beta surface cleaners
Nice machine. Easy to use. The Bluetooth hook up not so easy.
I use to own a wired Polaris bot, but the cable wore out and I purchased the new wireless one about a month ago. I love it. It does an amazing job cleaning my pool
This was a gift for my son and his family to clean their pool. It is cordless which is a plus . After it was charged it cleaned the pool very efficiently and he was able to control it with his phone. His last cleaner had wheels. This one came with tracks which made cleaning the sides better.
