    I did not receive any services from this company and they won't allow me to cancel the subscription following the free trial. They say they have no record of my account. Yet they are charging my credit card. And won't allow me to cancel the account because they say they have no record of it.Update: They still haven't responded to my emails, but are responding here immediately.

  • Refuses to refund $99 for a unwanted membership

    I used an offer on T-Mobile Tuesdays for advise offered by Pawp and somehow ended up paying $99 dollars for a membership I don't want, will never use and they refuse to refund my money. I guess somewhere in the fine print it explained all that but who reads all that stuff. I guess that's the only way they can make their money by scamming customers.

  • Get real pet insurance over this

    Pawp is such a scam! They claim they send renewal emails which were never received and proceeded to charge a card that had been deactivated. They are now refusing to refund the money they fraudulently stole from me. Do yourself a favor and get yourself actual pet insurance!

    Extremely poor customer service - they hide behind the auto renewal policy and good luck getting your money back even though you have not used their service. For your mental peace please look for a better service elsewhere

    I also got scammed through T-Mobile. These are predatory business practices. I have not used their service when it was free and I do not intend to use it going forward. I have requested a refund and they refuse. I have reported it to the BBB.
