Mixed Reviews for Padstow Holiday Village

Nice clean campsite with tarmaced roads. We were electric tent pitch 1B, which was brilliant we were surrounded on 2 sides by hedge and the otherside by a camper van. The site felt really safe and secure, there were onsite free dishwasher to use too. Toilets were always clean and very modern too.Thought the cost of pitching was reasonable I think it was around £109 for 4 nights with electric hookup.Note:If you want to eat at the Secret Garden make sure you prebook.Breakfast is worth it from the little van.The shop is only open 9-5The site has a different fast food van each night, tried the quesadilla lady she was nice!If going into Padstow get down there ASAP in a morning, it's VERY busy!

Very impressed with this caravan and camping park, we went in March for the first time, quiet for this time of year as expected ( how we like it 😂 ) it was a very clean and tidy place, and a nice generous pitch - you don't feel like your in each other's pockets!Plenty of showers which are spotless, a well stocked shop for essentials and friendly staff. Very close to the fabulous Padstow, a bus stops just outside too, Couldn't seem to get Wi-Fi to work which would of been handy but that wouldn't stop us from coming back again. Well recommended.

This was our first trip of 2021 in our motorhome and we were delighted with our choice of campsite. From the moment we arrived the staff were so helpful and always greeted us with a friendly smile. The grass and hardstanding pitches are large allowing plenty of room for awnings. Onsite facilities were kept clean throughout the day and the shop carried a varied selection of consumables which was great.Padstow is a 20 minute walk from the site and the local bus stops at the drive entrance should you choose not to walk. Importantly for us, this is a dog friendly campsite and we look forward to heading back very soon.

It’s a well looked after park and ok facilities. But for the price not worth it. Someone came round at night just before 10pm on some nights to remind people it’s quite time at 10pm which was fine but at 8am on a Sunday morning the ground’s team banging around wasn’t welcomed. The fresh bread on offer at reception was very hit an miss if they had any! The breakfast stable did great coffee the bacon etc was terrible and was well overpriced at £4! I wouldn’t book again!

At £70/night for a motorhome pitch, we were expecting 5 star facilities and Padstow Holiday Village didn't disappoint. The heated flooring in the showers was particularly nice. The park is quiet but within easy reach of Padstow by bus (stops at the end of the access lane) or on foot (public footpath at the back of the site). The Craftworks 'pop up' bar / restaurant on site is a nice place for a beer and a burrito.

This touring park is excellent in every way. Friendly staff. Immaculate facilities always clean. The grounds are simply stunning. They must have a large team of gardeners to keep the grounds so beautiful and the grass so perfect. The location is very good. You can walk through the fields and come out next to Tesco to pick up any shopping or carry on down through the town to the harbour. Alternatively you can get a bus. We only stayed 4 nights at the end of our Cornwall holiday and wished it was longer. Great for dogs with a lovely play area for them with a tunnel and agility equipment. A great dog shower too with warm water. We will be back next year.
