  • The hotel is really great, but it is not a 5-star hotel…This hotel is more suitable for families with young kids, and less for adults/individuals. Although the hotel is beautiful, the facilities and service is not in 5-star level, but more a 4-star hotel. The rooms are pretty old, and the gym AC is not working- which makes it impossible to workout.Adult/individuals do have another option for breakfast if the queues are too long (and they are..), at the 6th floor.Apart from it the hotel is located well and has everything you need!

  • A hotel with a private beach located at the back of Sentosa Island.Although it is located in the back of the island, there is a bus stop and a cable car stop right in front of it, making it easy to access Univa. All the staff were kind and I was able to have a good time even though I can't speak English.

  • Had a wonderful relaxing weekend at this hotel. Lovely location by the beach. All staff were really friendly and helpful, and going the extra mile. Would definitely go back

  • Had a short 3 days 2 night stay here over the holidays. Was on the family fun package which included room, breakfast, dinner and nestopia for kid.Package made it worth the price for the great dinner spread they had. Many family friendly choices of food throughout the day. Breakfast was also tasty and especially well managed as they had opened up the ballroom area to ease the crowd with its own copy of the buffet area downstairs, including egg cooking station and noodle cooking station. Did not have to wait more than 5 minutes to get a seat, and they had cartoon movies playing to keep the little one entertained while we went to get food.The room was gorgeous which had a king bed and a foldout which after turndown service became a serviceable bed. Amenities provided were decent and kids are even provided their own beach slippers and sand toys on check in. You can customize what pillows to receive through the ShangriLa circle app on check-in and they will deliver it to your room promptly after you check in. Really nice check in experience. Oh yes, kudos to check in desk for being so friendly and helpful. Welcome drink was delicious on that hot a day!Indoor kids area where they can take care of your kid from 10am to 6pm was very nice and staff even direct your kid to where their locker is after which adults can go for a spa or enjoy the beach. Really impressive the amount of activities for kids there were.Overall definitely will return to stay if the opportunity arises again. Thank you ShangriLa for the nice service and delicious food.Rooms: Clean, beach friendly, comfortable, spacious.Food & drinks: Buffet breakfast and dinner, very large spread of seafood or themed food. Kids area available where kids can get their own food. Indoor and outdoor seating. Do have to take care of food in the morning cause have birds nearby.

  • 22nd till 24th March 2024.Catherine Loh attended to our check-in, & upon realising that we are celebrating my spouse's & my child's birthday, she sent us complimentary bottle of wine & a cake. In addition offer complimentary breakfast for the child.Very nice touch indeed without us prompting. Really appreciate Catherine Loh attention to details.There are complimentary kayaks & standup paddle board for guests use within the lagoon, very activities.The breakfast is first class, especially the pastry section which has many selections & there's also a vegan section.Noteworthy details: The facilities are family & kids orientated. Children are well entertained & enjoy the time spent at the resort.
