You canât see or use the user profile, messages, notifications or search tabs at the top of the right side of the banner. I have resorted to using the web version. Hope this is fixed bc it is a deal breaker.
Like other reviews below, unable to access material that Iâm paying for. Uninstalled and re-installed 3 times still not working. It amazes me that yahoo puts out an app this bad.
This is by far the worst app on IOS backed up by Yahoo âcustomer supportâ. Almost impossible to make improvements when you make it impossible for anyone to contact you.
Only functional part of the app is the message board. None of the content items from the main page are visible. If you try to access them from links on the message board it just says âoops we fumbledâ.
This app is not user friendly. Very hard to find content and where is the list to see about players? The layout need fixing. I use to really like rivals but dont ever use them anymore because of how bad the app is...
Iâve had a subscription for many years and the app is a constant frustration. Lots of bugs and crashes, and not much updating or attention paid to usability.
