Though this product may not add fragrance it definitely has a strong perfumed scent to it. Thankfully it washes out when the hair is rinsed.
I love that it is actually scent free but it feels like it's watered down. Several pumps worth are needed to even notice it in my hair. Just wish the product was going a little farther.
The conditioner does have a scent to it. Its pleasant and light if you do not have allergies to
scented products whether they are like essential oils or not
If you can use essential oils then this is a nice conditioner
and the products by them.
I have to have totally fragrance free products ...
At first I really enjoyed this conditioner, I have thick/long hair and it seemed to do the job. After about 3 months of using this with the shampoo they also have, my hair was very dried out. I think itâs the Apple cider vinegar in it, they put it in the shampoos and conditioners. The curls in my hair pretty much flattened out and there is no scent to it once itâs on your hair. I would say this product is good for a short period of time. I try to stay as chemical free as possible which is why I tried it, but Iâve found that using Dr.bronners tea tree Castile soap leaves my hair cleaner and my curls have come back to life.
I liked this product, but not for the price. I thought maybe I had an allergy/sensitivity to fragrance so I wanted to give this product a try. But thereâs no difference with my scalp. My scalp is still irritated and Iâm still struggling with flakey itchy scalp. The conditioner did make my hair feel soft and moisturized. It also detangled my thick hair. My hair is also colored and it did not damage the color.
If you are sensitive to perfume, this is not a good choice. Granted, it does have LESS fragrance than many products...
I donât understand the urge to put flowery perfumes in everything. Even ânaturalâ scents are a problem for many people, and products like this should not be labeled fragrance free. Perhaps low level fragrance would be OK to say.
This one got sealed in a bag pretty quickly so I could avoid respiratory problems. Sigh.
