Comprehensive Review of Oasia Hotel Downtown, Singapore

Booked a club room on a weekday comparing to a staycation package on a weekend is highly recommended. There was not much of a crowd, me and my friend manage to utilise almost every facility in the hotel. Affordable rate for two amidst this covid period. Love the attentive service provided by the staff I think her name is janah and of course Daryl at the lounging area. We had lunch at Maxwell and shopping over at VivoCity. Location is very centralise the mrt station is just directly opposite of the hotel. Will definitely revisit. Cheers to the nice red building among the city’s skyscraper.

I decided to stay here for staycation as it's situated in the center of Singapore and they offer a package that includes breakfast, afternoon tea and late check-out until 3pm! The check in staff was very polite and professional. He explained about the package and also asked if I want to book a gym or a pool as they make sure that they limit the number of people who use the facilities. High tea was at the restaurant located on the first floor, and they'll give you a pot of tea and a traditional 3 tier afternoon tea set. Breakfast was also at the same restaurant, and you'll have a few options to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel!

Oasia hotel did us a huge favor by making our transitioning of checking in and out smoothly. We are briefed clearly on the hotel policies and was informed that there complimentary dine-in on our stay. The food was superb! Our club room located on the 24th floor was very clean, neat and smells good. We enjoyed the hotel’s facilites (e.g) gym and swimming pool’s equipments was sanitized for every guest. Thank you oasia hotel for the wonderful stay.

Spend a couple of days at this hotel during epidemy and felt very safe. Sanitazers are available everywhere and at least two points of temperature check are around. Location if perfect, few steps from Tanjong Pagar MRT station. Plenty of pubs and eateries in the area. Brought my pillow with me so cannot judge in-room pillows. Myna birds can wake you up in the morning, pretty surreal for sleeping on 17th floor in downtown.

The hotel gave me a really outstanding first impression by greeting me by name the moment I arrived at the club floor. The check in process was smooth and quick. During the stay, the club level staff really made me feel welcome and pampered through their warm demeanour and excellent hospitality. Special mention goes to Nur Isnawati whose smile brightened up my day, and she also took special care to make sure all my needs are well taken care of. The overall facilities are also tastefully and thoughtfully done up. The room is clean and the rain shower’s water pressure is strong with consistent temperature. Will definitely come back again!
