The Nuance Dragon USB Headset receives mixed reviews for its dictation capabilities and comfort. While some users praise its sound quality and ease of use, others mention issues with durability, compatibility, and discomfort. Several reviewers found the headset uncomfortable for long periods of wear, with concerns about the design and quality. Despite positive feedback on sound and functionality, recurring complaints include problems with recognition accuracy and microphone comfort. Overall, the headset seems to work well for some users, particularly in dictation tasks, but falls short in terms of long-term comfort and durability.

Sent back fully intact. Dragon user- sub par performance. Just received notice that the item was not received. I absolutely 100% sent this item back weeks ago. Made a trip to UPS to send this in well within the time frame. Now being told that my refund will be rescinded. This is a scam.
It doesnât connect to Dragon any better than the headphones I already had.
And the quality? Think the freebies they give on airplanes.
We bought these to try out in a call center. They're not very durable, the wires short out fairly quickly and even before then the collar cannot hear you after just a short time using
A quick disconnect would be really helpful.
The ear cup could be slightly larger.
Works well otherwise!
USB connection wire was ample enough to allow minor pacing at my desk. And see actually works to keep fan sounds from broadcasting through the mic. Retention pad has no padding and in order to have enough tension to keep it on my head the pinching is very uncomfortable.
It does not seem to work with my MacBook or desktop Mac.
