  • So much snow this weekend thanks to a huge fall on Friday. No crowds and lots of fun for kids and adults. No lifts running or ski hire on the mountain. But there’s still hot food and drinks at the village.

  • Fantastic experience loved it, if timed right it's a great place for the family to spend hours doing activities or a casual stole around.

  • Got there a bit late (September first week) so no snow except some artificial stuff that covers max 2 sizes of football pitches area. But, good enough for kids to have fun, although not for adults. Totally agree with the entrance fee for park maintenance and essential services. But it was super sunny, still had to pay for chains just to put them inside the boot during the entire day. It is okay for safety, but it would be super practical if they provide hire service at the entrance down there on snow days or possible weathers and also village park on sunny days in case of weather changes without making it compulsory to rent it at the entrance gate everyday. So people do not feel bad or unnecessary fees to enjoy the park.We wanted to hit the highway asap and choose the other side/ South Face Road and enjoy that part of the road as well. That was the worst idea of the trip, as the entire road is really not suitable for even AWD with all weather tyres as the whole road is filled with mortars and not carpeted/ sealed upto Thomson Valley Rd all the way. Honestly, not worthy to check the whole other side whatever it shows on the map. Go back through the Baw Baw Tourist Rd even though it is longer.Cheers...

  • I love this place - an excellent get away.. Gets busy and exciting.. And offers lovely outdoor experiences - recent trip was with limited snow but this offered excellent bushwalks on tracks that I as child wld ski by cross country skiingOne or 2 runs were avtive while I was there and downhill skiiers and snowbowrders were enjoying it, also the tobogoning run was getting regular use - lots of funWhen you're out in snow use common sense, good planning and look after yourself and others in your group. The accommodation we stayed at was superb

  • Website said it had snowed 20cm but hadn’t actually snowed just the fake stuff, you also have to pay for EVERYTHING, they don’t even check that you have tickets for the lifts so it doesn’t even matter in the end. After being there for a few hours all there fake snow had disappeared and they weren’t adding more so it made snow boarding kinda painful if you fall over a lot, all the other years I’ve been here it’s been wonderful and it is out of peak atm but they could charge less for some things and let you know in the website weather it’s actual snow of just fake stuff

  • So disappointed with a trip to Baw Baw. Althought I can sympathise with their lack of control on the snow coverage, the $89 lift pass when there was only 1 T Bar open and so little snow that my family walked up to the top of the 100m snow run is appalling. The booking system is confusing also. I assumed due to having to book a day that my ticket would be void if I did not go, regardless of the snow cover, so we went anyway. I however think a discounted ski pass or free ski pass when you have paid the $55 just to enter the resort would be justified if in fact the lift wasn’t even needed. I hate to think the amount of revenue you raised out of today, as there was only 20 passes left for the day. Very upsetting and dissapointing, and simply dangerous to have that many people on one 100m run.😞
