  • An update to previous rating slating it. It works. Just that they ended my account without telling me ? Inactivity and yes that was the case. App worked anyway and I'll use again when I re apply for account when business re starts. Had to revisit as it doesn't deserve my previous slating ......

  • Issue 1: I have to zoom in unlike the other 3 banking apps I use. Issue 2: Im not allowed to add a business recipient British Gas so I need to call a number at my own expense. Issue 3: Technical issues prevent me from changing memorable information which I forgot so I cannot get past this on my smartphone. This company has always been useless and this was proven during the PPI where this useless company couldn't be bothered to do there job properly and I nearly didn't get comp

  • Frustration. I understand that security is paramount, but something like biometrics saves a lot of trouble remembering passwords IDs pass codes, etc., as a fingerprint or iris scanning is secure?

  • Unusable rubbish. Every time I try to log in it tells me to change my password. I do, same happens again etc. etc. Called help, got three different people, still won't work.
