    I received calls from three individuals, each one more challenging to communicate with than the last. The third person spoke to me as if I were a criminal, posing frustratingly unintelligent questions. To add to the frustration, he mentioned that if we opt not to open a business account, they would reject us as private customers. This experience has left me with the impression that your bank is among the least favourable in Denmark.

  • For høje gebyrer og dårlig budgetdel

    Til trods for flinke og hjælpsomme rådgivere, er prisen for at have konti og kort er alt for høj, og budgettet er alt for besværligt. Handelsbanken var 110 gange bedre. Vi er derfor flyttet til Arbejdernes Landsbank som har samme budgetfunktion som Handelsbanken OG ingen gebyrer for almindelige konti og kort

Total elendig netbank i Jyske Bank - lang lukketid om natten begrundet med opdateringer. Kan ikke betale regninger om aftenen. Søndag kunne man ikke se saldo på net bank - den var lukket

    Er ny kunde i banken og deres måde at håndtere en oplevelse på med et stjålet kort var fantastisk via deres 27/7 service. Meget professionel og personlig guidelines. Dog er det utrolig svært at finde rundt i deres app for at få “mobilbank appen til at fungere” der er ikke sønderligt hjælp at hente her.
