Jira is a bad support application. It may be fine for development, but as a support tool it is incredibly weak. The app is frustrating. Not a fan. Wish I could give zero stars. Stay away from Jira.
Can no longer use app on iPad, because app is saying iOS 16 is required, but iOS or iPad currently available is 15.8!
I am enjoying the freedom of being able to log or converse issues on the go.
Itâs incredibly easy to use. Even more user friendly than the desktop application.
