Just started using merchant one for my new business the reps are quick to sign you up for service my rep Brandon never answers his phone or returns calls ,customer service is horrible âŚwhen they say 24-7 support you will be on hold 24-7 I have been on hold all morning three times after 15 minutes your call is disconnected also the transaction fees are higher than I was told it..,. It would be nice to to get some help !Update I was contacted by Felix he explained how the whole processing works and why some payments are reviewedâŚFelix got my rates adjusted and kept me updated on everything my experience started off bad but has ended well if you have any issues reach out to Felix heâs the best!
